I look forward to contribute to the best possible conditions for successful meetings in my role as meeting advisor at MiLgårdarna. My background in HR, recruitment and service has given me an understanding of the needs of organizations. Treatment and environment have a great effect on how people can learn and develop together. As born and raised in Denmark (now living in Lund), I will happily focus on MiLgårdarna's many Danish guests.
Being able to contribute to a prestigious and committed team with MiLgårdarna's unique concept for professional, creative and personal meetings is inspiring. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION & SUSTAINABILITY
My responsibility is to look after finances and administration at MiLgårdarna. I love the breadth of my work as it spans many areas, and I have a keen interest in numbers and Excel. It's fun to be part of a team where everyone contributes to a whole. My goal is to constantly develop systems and routines that make us more efficient internally, without, for the sake of it, losing our concept of personal treatment towards customers and others.
I have a burning interest in the environment and appreciate the great efforts my colleagues have made in the development of our sustainability profile. I look forward to being able to contribute to this work for a greener world. MiLgårdare since 2022.

As born and raised in the concept and our houses, I am very exited to now work with MiLgårdarna. Above all, I work with our visibility: everything from signs in our houses to developing the strategy for our social media.
I am passionated about personal development and group dynamics and I see the strength in MiLgårdarnas team. The organization structure and the prestigeless
collaboration between us create a committed dynamic.
I contribute with a young perspective in a management that extends in terms of age over three generations. The concept of MiLgårdarna is unique. My goal is that more people will know that as well.

JANNE STENBERG
PROPERTIES, MAINTENANCE AND TECHNOLOGY
My responsibility is to take care of all the properties; maintenance and running operations. I make sure that the houses work optimally and that our outdoor environments maintain good quality. I am also responsible for all the technology available on our MiLgårdar. Technology is essential to our guests and has to work. Together with Lennart, Ninna, Micke and our craftsmen, I am also involved in all our more or less constantly renovation projects.
I like the freedom to plan my work according to the needs of both guests and the houses. In addition to my passion for crafts and technology. This is why I enjoy being at MiLgårdarna. I appreciate my varied tasks and that compliance with the needs of our guests is always in focus.

PHOTOGRAPHY, MAINTENANCE & DESIGN
As someone who grew up in the concept and in our houses, I am happy to now be able to take part in developing MiLgårdarna. I have many varied tasks, everything from maintenance of houses to capturing MiLgårdarna's unique concept in pictures. I am passionate about design of various kinds and appreciate that I have tasks with creative freedom.
I contribute a young perspective to a management that spans three generations in terms of age.

NINNA ROHLIN
DEPUTY CEO, DESIGN AND INTERIOR
To create a feeling of coming home to our houses, I carefully select everything you see at MiLgårdarna. From the platter for the food to the tiles in the bathrooms. Since the bedrooms and bathrooms are all different, you can choose your bedroom for your liking, where you can best rest and gain strength. Reusing furniture by redecorating or repainting for a new place is both fun and creative. To mix old and new with respect for the character of the house. All to create a safe and quiet environment for intensive meetings with excellent results.
My joy and drive lie in working with constant renewal in everything. Working with specific details and as deputy CEO help shape the overall concept with guests and colleagues. It's exciting every day. I love that.

MiLgårdarna are professional meeting places with the feeling of being at home. Creative, stimulating, sustainable and results-focused meetings are one of the most important things to do. I am glad that our environments can contribute to such sustainable and productive meetings.
Creating commitment to both stability and constant renewal is probably the most fun part of my work. Constantly renewing the uniqueness of our concept and ensuring that it comes to concrete expressions, including renovations and upgrades of our fantastic houses and environments, makes me excited. Also seeing people grow and develop to their full potential.

Throughout your stay at your MiLgård, it is the host or host couple who will ensure that you get a bedroom in your taste, meals and snacks when you want them and solve all kinds of needs that may arise during the meeting. The host contacts the person who booked or another appointed meeting leader a little over a week before the meeting to find out specific requests. You and your group are in safe hands. Each MiLgård has its character, but the idea and concept of MiLgårdarna permeate them all. Our promise to you applies no matter which house you choose. Welcome!
